How to order

Ordering from our online store is easy, intuitive, and 100% secure. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase without complications:

1. Choose your product

Browse our catalogue and select the item(s) you are interested in. Click on the product to view all available information – full description, features, technical details, colours, and sizes.

2. Select options and add to cart

Define the desired colour, size, and quantity, then click on "Add to Cart".

3. Log in or create an account

  • If you already have an account, simply log in.
  • If you are a new customer, you will be directed to create your free account in a few seconds.

4. Confirm your shopping cart

Click on the basket icon in the top right corner to check all selected products.

5. Finalise your order

Confirm the details:

  • Billing and delivery address
  • Shipping type
  • Payment method (MB Reference, Visa/Mastercard, or MB Way)

6. Purchase confirmation

After clicking on "Confirm Order", you will receive an email confirming your purchase and respective payment.

Payment Methods

We offer several secure options for your order:

Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard)

The customer must provide all requested data. If the transaction information is not accepted by the payment platform, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be informed. (Payment cancellation is beyond Pura Store's control).

MBWay

You have 10 minutes after placing the order to complete the payment. Enter the mobile number associated with MBWay and confirm the payment in the application. If the transaction is not accepted, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be informed. (Payment cancellation is beyond Pura Store's control).

Multibanco

You have 24 hours after placing the order to pay at an ATM (Multibanco) or via home banking, using the details sent in your order confirmation (entity/reference/amount).

Apple Pay / Google Pay

Pay with a simple tap or glance. An easy, secure, and private method, with no need to fill out forms on the website.

Klarna

Klarna offers simple and flexible payment options:

  • Pay now or later
  • Divide your purchase into 3 interest-free payments: the first payment is made when the order is processed, and the other two automatically every 30 days.
